Hi, I am a single, 57 year old lady, young in mind and spirit with a great sense of humor.I am a foster mom who cares for medically fragile babies, so I don’t have much time to socialize. Looking to meet new friends to have stimulating conversation by letters and learn about other people’s cultures and lifestyles.

I was born and raised in the South and have lived most of my adult life in NYC. Hoping to return to my roots, buy a house for my kids and live in peace with nature.

I love animals of all kinds, but have a special weakness for cats. I often participate in kitten rescue, fostering, and volunteering in shelters. I live with two of my rescues who stole my heart.
In my spare time, I do a lot of crafting, which after my kids, is my passion in life. I love the outdoors and we spend a lot of time in the park on nice days.

I am only looking for friends. Being in a relationship is not an option I can consider right now. Looking for someone close to my age and possibly in a similar situation, but will answer all replies.
