My family and friends call me “Jeff”. I was born in South Dacota but was raised in Cincinnati Ohio. My Grandfather would say, “ South Dacota is known for pretty women”. [He was right]

I have lived in almost all the major cities in this country, thanks to my time in the US Army, and the major corporations that I have worked for: GE, IBM, GTE, Microsoft, MetLife, Texaco & Siemens.

I have four favorite cities, they are Honolulu, Seattle, New York and Atlanta. Though very proficient as an IT Project Manager, I decided to move into a career that has unlimited growth potential and an opportunity to utilize all the valuable skills that are essential in the Project Management arena.

Real Estate is a great fit for all of my skills. I have two sons. Cameron and Chance Ka-koa-o-ka-ki. That’s Hawaiian for warrior of the sea.They were both raised in Hawaii. I learned to scuba dive,while l was living in Hawaii, and I have logged a lot of dives off the Hawaiian coast.

Wrist Watch collecting is my hobbie, the collection is small but the watches are expensive.The two watches that are my favorites are a Rolex Submariner, that I purchased when I graduated from College as a gift to myself, and a 1958 Rolex Oyster Perpetual. I design diamond jewelry.

I like dogs,and can name all pure breeds by sight.I share my life with my dog, a Bouier Des Flanders. Her name is Namer Papa ‘Bourgeois’ I call her Bougee she’s a large dog about 100lbs. When most kids see Bougee’ they think she’s a bear. We spend a lot of weekends in Piedmont Park promoting the breed, and giving out helpful information on dogs. I’m also addicted to my Blackberry.
